How to take part in Polygen's Fixed Price Raise.

This raise type is the standard for most traditional launchpads, and we’ve decided to adopt this raise type in our offerings. The “Polygen Fixed Price” is a raise in which the price does not fluctuate in relation to demand. (eg. 1 USDC = 1 Project Token)

The Polygen Fixed Raise allows users to participate in raises without whitelisting or minimum buy-in. In most cases, users don’t even need to KYC.

We have set individual purchase limits known as the “Max Purchase Amount,” which is a mechanism that we’ve created to make it difficult for whales to buy up the entire supply.

You’re probably wondering how to buy into partaking in the Polygen Fixed Price raise. Well, here is the easy step-by-step guide!

Step 1: Navigate to polygen.io, click “Launch App” and select “Fixed Projects.”

Step 2: You will land on the dApp (app.polygen.io). Here you can see all the “Ongoing” and “Upcoming” projects on Polygen.

Step 3: Click the Ongoing project you want to participate in. Once in the project page On you can see all the details of the raise and project. We try to include as much information here as possible to help with your DYOR.

Step 4: To begin taking part in a raise, you need first to connect your MetaMask wallet. Do this by clicking “CONNECT” at the top right corner. If you don’t have a wallet yet, download Metamask and follow the instructions.

Step 6: Once fully set up, select the wallet on Metamask you want to connect.

Step 7: To start buying raiseTokens, click “APPROVE” and confirm the transaction on your Metamask wallet.

Step 8: Now you have approved, you can buy your first raiseToken. Click the “BUY” button and enter the desired amount of ‘units’ (raiseTokens) you want to buy, and click “BUY raiseToken” to confirm the transaction on your Metamask.

Congratulations! You now have purchased raiseTokens, and you can see them under the “My Transaction” tab at the bottom of the page.

You can repeat the same process if you want to buy more.

Bonus Step: If at any point you change your mind and you want to get your deposited amount back, just click the “Refund” button on the right side of your transaction, click “APPROVE,” confirm on your Metamask and then click “CONFIRM” and confirm the transaction on your Metamask to get your deposited money back.
